Searching for Chaim 

These photographs were made during two trips to south-eastern Poland, to my grandfather's home town of Bilgoraj and the surrounding countryside, towns and villages, following the journey he made from the moment he became permanently separated from his family during the Second World War. Searching for Chaim tells the story of my grandfather, his search for his family, his history and himself.
